Junior Helpdesk Specialist
Place of work: Warsaw
Requirements:
degree/diploma/certificates in IT (or studies in progress)
fluent English
ability to work any given shift (three shift rotation 24/7)
strong knowledge of Microsoft family of OS, and Microsoft suite of applications
minimum of 1 year experience working in a technical support environment
ability to communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to all levels of users and management
Scope of responsibilities:
first level technical support for corporate users and external customers
corporate systems administration monitoring
conducting periodical system checkups
following defined procedures and processes
