Strong software skills: major applications (Outlook; Office/Open Office; Acrobat etc.)
Strong software skills: internet (IE/Firefox/Chrome;TCP/IP,Symantec/McAfee Firewall;
remote connectivity solutions)
Good networking knowledge & skill: physical networking (Ethernet, WiFi, modems)
Good networking knowledge & skill: mobile devices (PalmPre; Blackberry; iPhone)
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) – incl language fluency
Excellent teamwork
Excellent standards of accuracy
Excellent flexibility, attitude and professionalism
