REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE:
- Analytical skills, leadership qualities, attention to detail
- Excellent command of English (at least B2/C1, knowledge of business terminology)
- Excellent organisational skills (tasks, schedules, tools)
- Excellent soft skills: communication, consulting, assertiveness, motivation, mediation
- Proven skills in project, people and resource management

REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- Good understanding of software development process
- Interest in the IT industry, startups and new technologies
- “Getting things done” attitude, sense of responsibility and ownership
