Service Desk Manager with German or French

For this Client we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Service Desk Manager.
Place of work: CENTRAL POLAND (relocation is REQUIRED – possibility of receiving a relocation package)
Description:
- Being responsible for the team of 30+ multilingual IT Advisors supporting mainly Microsoft products, Managed Client Devices, Messaging and Collaboration services etc.
- Managing the operational activities
- Ensuring the high quality delivery of services and that new or changed services and products are fully supported by the team
- Ensuring financial and operational KPIs are met for requests and incidents and SLA achievements are on target
- Developing future growth plans and strategy of Service Desk in Poland
- Reassuring that global strategy and programs are implemented
- Developing and maintaining ongoing training plans for team members
- Coaching and people management
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience of working at team leading / management position (leading teams of 30+ members)
- Knowledge of service desk and workplace support environment (KPIs, SLA, ITIL, incident management)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least at B2/C1 level)
- Knowledge of German or French is a must because of cooperation with multilingual team members
- Ability to establish excellent relationships with internal and external customers
- Proactive attitude at all levels of operational and strategic tasks
- Coaching skills and experience
- High communication skills
- Ability to travel abroad
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology supported by certificate
