job experience exchange

Hello my Polish / Expats colleagues
I am an IT pretty much read and have nice experience in everything except programming and developing, I need to stay in Poland for family reasons, and I am getting really bored of being unemployed, now I know this country is really booming in IT business , I am a beginner studying Polish actually, and I am dying to get a job, Now what I need is a practical hint or lets say an experience exchange about how you got your current job, please share with me your experience, where did you find the add! how did you respond? how was your interview? And if you regret posting to this add. and also stupid rectruitment agencies which turned out to be a fake and waste of time.
Please share as you will be of help not only to me but to other people
