REQUIREMENTS - MUST HAVE:
- Advanced knowledge of application development around the JVM including design, maintenance and delivery, particularly of enterprise integration projects
- Experience in using agile and lean methods and techniques to drive customer-focused product development teams
- Experienced software developer preferably with team leadership experience
- Java

REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in hosting any community groups or meetups
- German
