- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Can build product backlog
- Can formulate long-term roadmap for a product
- Understand agile methodology
- Understand concepts of acceptance test criteria
- Understand concepts of Cost of Delay
- Understand concepts of Design Thinking
- Understand concepts of MVP
- Understand concepts of Personas
- Understand concepts of User Stories
- Understanding of high-level technical architecture and domain model

REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge about eCommerce
- Knowledge about retail
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements e.g. performance, security
