IT Support Engineer
Job Description:
- Ensuring proficient and reliable operations of the Corporate Information Services
- Microsoft client and server security management based on Microsoft WSUS
- Providing 2nd level service desk support for the operated infrastructure and services
- Preparing technical documentation for tools, services and processes in English
Required skills:
A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position
Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
Good oral and written communication in English
Working experience with following technologies and tools:
- MS Windows 7/XP
- MS Windows 2003 and 2008 R2 Server
- MS AD 2003 and 2008
- MS WSUS
- Lotus Notes / Domino
- McAfee Anti Malware ePo Managment Console
- Blackberry Enterprise Service
ITIL Foundation Certificate
