Leader Service International LLC as the Personnel Consultancy Agency, which is certified by the record number 6451 for our Client, an international IT Outsourcing company is currently looking for candidate for the position of IT:

Global Account Manager with Italian
Location: Kraków
GAM/IT/09

The candidate will be responsible for:
-Managing user account across applications that run on various platforms like IBM-AIX, Red Hat Linux, Z OS/RACF, SQL Administrator and Windows – Active Directory
-Creating and administering LAN accounts of the users
-Granting permissions to the user as required by them
-Ensuring that the customer has the appropriate access to the tools to support the business in an efficient way
-Administering User Account Maintenance System and Incident Management Systems including general housekeeping
-Creating and administering of Global groups
-Performing development of knowledge Base for the User Account Maintenance Processes
-Providing feedback and assisting in developing GAM standards
-Confirming Server Compliance

To be successful candidate on this position you need have:
-Excellent knowledge of Italian
-Very good knowledge of English
-3-4 years of University education post High school (Bachelor in Science or Diploma)
-Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Customer Service or Help Desk (required)
-Working knowledge of applications running across multiple platforms like HP-UX, Solaris, Windows, BM-AIX, Red Hat Linux, Z OS/RACF, SQL -Administrator, Windows – Active Directory, etc.
-Excellent knowledge of Windows
-Strong communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) as well as strong documentation skills
-Readiness to relocate to Cracow
