Assignment: Participate in migrating several Windows applications from one ASP platform to another for a large multinational company in Poland
Competence required:
Candidate must have strong skills and experience within the following areas:
- Windows Server 2008 and Windows Domain administration (Windows migration and IT infrastructure.)
- Solution Architecture
- Integration and optimization of 3.party/legacy applications in a secured Windows environment
- WAN/LAN networking and security
- Must speak/write Polish language + English
- Must be able to travel to Krakow, Poland
Job Language: Polish mandatory (Must also speak English)
Task description:
Assist Digitland System responsible with finalizing migration of Digitland application, including
- create AS-IS and TO-BE system landscape drawings
- create system documentation, e.g.; configuration notes, troubleshooting notes, information for 2.line (off-duty watch)
- create Digitland solution design in alignment with Statoil IT infrastructure and governance
- create proposal for system monitoring, (database monitoring, process monitoring, etc. using SCOM)
- configurate required fileshares and access privileges on Digitland Application server
- design, test and implement a working Digitland client on SFR Citrix environment
- coordinate required input from Digitland vendor
- coordinate required work with Cap Gemini scripting/distribution team
- fill out Discovery Document for client scripting as required
- coordinate with the programme architects and team managers
- Daily/weekly reporting to migration project manager
NB! Migration of Digitland must be completed by week 47/2012
