For a prestigious IT project we are looking for:

3rd line Support Specialist

Place of work: Wrocław

Duties:

Collaboration services - 3rd line support Team member

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in application support
Familiar with RTC tools, would be good to knows mobile technology
Experience in administration and support of MS Windows operating systems
Experience and knowledge of MS Office (creating macros)
End-users knowledge of Sharepoint technology
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and SQL
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
