For our Warsaw office we are looking for:

Project Leader IT Help Desk (m/w) with German language ref. no: ITHELP_FOIN

Your responsibilities:
• Project organization and controlling of retail hardware installations with focus on People Counters,
• Troubleshooting/ identification and correction of store IT equipment deficiencies,
• Managing documentation of store IT equipment with focus on People Counters,
• Global contact person for all People Counter related questions and camera reliability checks for whole TW organization,
• Responsibility for IT ordering process. Correspondence with hardware and software supplier,
• Access authorization data management for managers,
• Global support IT Retail team in daily business operations.

Your profile:
• Degree on Information Technology,
• Professional and technical experience in help desk, customer service and support experience with problem solving on hardware, networks,
• Passionate to new technologies,
• Reliable and proactive working style with sense for personal responsibility and good self-organization,
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation,
• Very good in German and good knowledge in English spoken and written,
• Knowledge and experience in IT tools and applications implemented in retail company will be an asset,
• Experience in project management will be an asset.
