- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in management of firewalls
- Experience in network security area
- General knowledge of IT help desk concepts
- LAN/WAN management
- Project management

REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE:
- CheckPoint, BlueCoat or related Information Systems certifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT or related field
- ITIL
