Test Department Manager

Job Description
Person handling this position will be responsible for leading the Test & Integration department including:
• Identification new business opportunities for Global Delivery Center Wroclaw in area of testing and integration
• Supporting our organization in pre-sales phase including local market opportunities
• Technical support for team members
• Team development, training, recruitment
• Tasks assignment and control
• Requirements analysis and Test documentation development
• Contact with the customers and project managers
• Conduct projects according to worldwide standards like CMMI, ITIL and other
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, At least 3 years of experience on senior position incl. resource management
• Expert in testing processes and tools, Knowledge of software development methodology
• Work experience in international corporations
• Willingness to work in a changing environment
• Willingness to travel
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Knowledge of English language
• German and French languages as significant advantage
